As a recent college graduate, I have a love for food and nutrition, which has fueled my healthy cooking and baking routine. This blog will feature recipes I experiment with, revamp, and create, along with some insights into my holistic view on food, and it’s power.

My philosophy on food: Food has complex historical and cultural meanings– food can shape ones individual and group identity and it often brings people together. Food keeps us healthy and alive and simultaneously has the potential to harm us; I think everyone should be granted the access to healthy food and nutritional education.
